The online store serves only the Greek market, and products are not shipped outside of the Greek
territory.

However, errors in prices and secondary product characteristics cannot be ruled out, and
uninterrupted website operation or the absence of “human” errors during price updates/display

Order Cancellation
Order cancellation may occur in the following cases:
• Before the order is completed, during the online ordering process, you can click “back” and
remove quantities of products from your cart.
• If the online order has been completed but the product has not yet been shipped, you can call
+30 2221060443 and a partner will handle the cancellation of your order.
• If your order has already been invoiced and you wish to cancel it, please contact Customer
Support at +30 2221060443 and provide your order details to proceed with the cancellation.
Product Return – Replacement
You have the right to return the products you purchased and request their replacement in all cases
where, due to proven fault of “V.ROUBIS MONOPROSOPI E.P.E.”, you received incorrect or
substantially different products from those you ordered, or if the product is defective.
You may request to exchange them with another product or products up to the amount paid or with
an additional fee if desired, within seven (7) days of receiving the product in the case of a defective
item.
In all cases, the product to be replaced/returned must be accompanied by the original purchase
receipt. All returned/replaced items must be in the condition received by the customer, complete and
undamaged, and their packaging should be the original packaging.
